Summary Plan Description Retirement With Service Earned With The Greater Pittsburgh Dairy Industry Pension Plan The Greater Pittsburgh Dairy Industry Pension Plan (Dairy Plan) merged into the Western Pennsylvania Plan effective in 1976. The December 15, 1976 Amendment to the Western Pennsylvania Plan provided for the merger, and also provided for the following two groups of Participants:
A Dairy Employer includes any individual, partnership, cooperative or corporation engaged in the Dairy Industry in the Greater Pittsburgh area, which has a collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local Union No. 205 concerning production and distribution employees, and Teamsters Local Union No. 205 in regard to its full-time officers and other employees. A Dairy Employee means any person employed by a Dairy Employer who is in the collective bargaining unit represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 205 and is covered by such collective bargaining agreement, and full-time officers and other employees of Teamsters Local Union No. 205 for whom contributions are being made to the Western Pennsylvania Plan. If you are a former Participant in the Dairy Plan, and if you have any questions concerning your participation in the Dairy Plan, the Western Pennsylvania Plan Office will provide you with the information upon written request.
