Summary Plan Description Important Information The Plan is entirely financed by the contributions of the Contributing Employers under Collective Bargaining Agreements with your Union, or, in certain cases, by the contributions of Participating Employers pursuant to Participation Agreements with the Plan for participants not covered under Collective Bargaining Agreements. This is a Defined Benefit Pension Plan. The Collective Bargaining Agreements are between Unions affiliated with Teamsters Joint Council No. 40 and the Employers that have entered into labor contracts with such Unions.
